Job Summary
Owning the user experience across multiple platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the roadmap for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, focusing on user onboarding, retention, and growth while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
- Manage the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization and branding
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and conducting A/B testing
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
