Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define and execute the product roadmap, drive user onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance engagement across platforms in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive activation and minimize time-to-value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle PM
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, instrument products, and interpret A/B test results
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering and design teams, effectively communicating technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
