Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience and engagement strategies for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive platform capabilities, and enhance user onboarding and retention, working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer for enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams
