Job Summary
Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee onboarding processes in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention
- Analyze user engagement metrics and run experiments to improve product performance and user re-engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience with trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
- Ability to define metrics for product success and experience with A/B testing and analytics instrumentation
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience working alongside distributed engineering and design teams
