Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee onboarding and retention efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer that enables enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive activation across new enterprise deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Ability to define metrics, instrument products, and conduct A/B testing
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering and design teams, translating technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders
