Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee onboarding processes, all while working remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component layer for enterprise customization and configuration
• Design and iterate onboarding flows and user experiences to enhance activation and retention across new enterprise deployments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that drive user adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
