Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user engagement for the North AI platform in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications while ensuring cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component layer for enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth/lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams
