Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across multiple platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, focusing on onboarding, retention, and growth while working remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-specific features and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization and branding
• Design and optimize onboarding experiences and user engagement strategies to enhance activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that drive user adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing to measure product performance and inform decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
