Job Summary
Owning the user experience across multiple platforms, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the roadmap for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications while focusing on onboarding, retention, and growth strategies in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
- Own the shared component and configuration layer that facilitates enterprise customization
- Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation across new enterprise deployments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption, retention, or engagement
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B tests
- Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
