Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization and branding
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and running A/B tests
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
