Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement, all in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and engagement
• Manage analytics instrumentation to track performance metrics and run experiments to improve user retention and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of launching impactful mobile or platform-layer products that drive user adoption and retention
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making trade-offs between native and cross-platform solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
