Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, drive user engagement strategies, and oversee onboarding processes, all while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer that facilitates enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance user activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of successfully launching mobile or platform-layer products that impact user adoption and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, including familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders
