Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

To enhance user engagement with the North platform, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will manage the product roadmap for iOS, Android, and macOS apps, oversee the shared component layer for enterprise customization, and design onboarding experiences, all while working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, balancing native capabilities with cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance adoption and engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including iOS HIG and Material Design
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
