Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user discovery and engagement process for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define the product roadmap, manage platform-specific capabilities, and enhance onboarding and retention strategies in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native features and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer to facilitate enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience in making trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and running A/B tests
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering and design teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
