Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user engagement lifecycle for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding experiences, and drive user retention strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's native applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Own the shared component and configuration layer to enable enterprise customization and enhance the overall user experience
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to maximize user activation and engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and retention
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience balancing native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, instrumenting products, and conducting A/B testing
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed teams and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
