Product Manager, Native Experience

Job Summary

Owning the user experience across iOS, Android, and macOS, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding processes, and drive user engagement for North, a secure AI platform, in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency
• Manage the shared component and configuration layer that supports enterprise customization
• Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to enhance activation and retention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user engagement
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and experience making trade-offs between native and cross-platform approaches
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and running A/B tests
• Effective collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
