Product Manager, NoCode Marketplace

Job Summary

Owning the NoCode platform and merchant operations portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager, NoCode Marketplace will manage product vision and strategy, coordinate external development with internal engineering, and enhance the merchant experience across operational products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for NCPI and merchant operations
• Coordinate external NCPI development with internal engineering, defining integration contracts and ensuring alignment
• Advocate for usability and improve the daily experience of merchants using PayJunction's products

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, driving sprint planning and backlog health
• Experience managing products developed by external teams, coordinating integration efforts
• Strong human-centered design instincts, with a focus on user journeys and usability
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
