Product Manager, NoCode Marketplace

Job Summary

Owning the NoCode platform and merchant operations portfolio, the full-time Product Manager, NoCode Marketplace will manage product vision and strategy, coordinate external development with internal engineering, and enhance the merchant experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for NCPI and merchant operations
• Coordinate external NCPI development with internal engineering, ensuring alignment on scope and timeline
• Enhance the merchant experience by identifying friction points and advocating for usability improvements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
• 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams, driving sprint planning and backlog health
• Experience managing products built by external development teams
• Strong human-centered design instincts with a focus on user journeys
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
