Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product introduction of insurance-based pathways for at-home sleep testing and DME therapy
• Translate insurance requirements into actionable platform workflows and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product features
• Design user journeys and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with healthcare or insurance-based products
• Strong understanding of insurance operations including eligibility verification and claims
• Experience introducing insurance into a primarily cash-pay or consumer-first business
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks (HIPAA)
• Background in sleep health, respiratory therapy, or medical device e-commerce
