Product Manager - Operations

Job Summary

To drive the roadmap and execution for internal applications, the full-time remote Product Manager - Operations will manage internal platforms, data pipelines, and operational tools that support fitness and wellbeing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the platform vision by shaping the roadmap for internal operations tools to scale with business needs
• Own operational workflows by driving strategy and execution for internal applications supporting core operational processes
• Prioritize and execute platform improvements by collaborating with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure reliable releases

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools or operations-focused products
• Experience in improving operational workflows and scaling backend systems
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-throughput systems
• Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear priorities for stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; experience may substitute for education
