Product Manager, Order Management

Job Summary

Product Manager, Order Management is a full-time salaried position responsible for overseeing the Order Management Systems platform, ensuring accurate order flow from capture to financial settlement, and improving operational efficiency through collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order Management Systems platform, including financial aggregation and internal management tools
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to define accurate settlement and reconciliation processes
• Establish platform SLAs and drive improvements in operational throughput and data reliability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Auto-tech or related fields
• Experience with order management, financial systems, and ERP integration, particularly with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of transactional system hygiene and event-driven architectures
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical platform products with measurable business impact
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
