Job Summary
Accountable for the strategic vision and continuous improvement of enterprise Order Management capabilities, the full-time Manager, Product Lead - Order Management will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance omnichannel customer experiences and operational efficiency, while leveraging AI and automation to drive product lifecycle improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Order Management systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer experience goals
- Apply omnichannel expertise to optimize order capture, fulfillment, and post-purchase processes across various channels
- Champion AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making within Order Management solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT product management or product ownership, particularly with Order Management or commerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel commerce concepts, including order lifecycle and fulfillment processes
- Experience in delivering complex, integrated enterprise systems in a multi-channel environment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and data-driven insights for improved efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
