Product Manager - Outside Plant

Job Summary

Leading the Outside Plant product portfolio, the full-time Product Manager - Outside Plant will manage business performance, product strategy, and lifecycle management while engaging with customers and cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely or from Edinboro, PA, or Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L performance and lifecycle management of the Outside Plant product portfolio, defining product roadmaps aligned with market trends
• Engage with telecom operators and utilities to identify customer requirements and monitor market trends to increase market share
• Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, collaborating with engineering teams on product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related fields such as business development or technical sales
• Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or utility infrastructure markets
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business case and financial modeling
