Product Manager, Patient Communications

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Product Manager, Patient Communications, the full-time remote role will manage the end-to-end patient communication experience, focusing on AI-driven engagement strategies across various channels to enhance patient interactions and reduce administrative burdens for dental practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the full-lifecycle communication strategy for patient engagement through SMS, email, and digital forms
• Lead the development of AI-first features to automate and personalize patient outreach, including recall campaigns and intelligent messaging
• Engage with dental practices to identify pain points and co-create AI solutions that improve patient interactions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in SaaS or HealthTech
• Proven experience in implementing AI-powered features in live production workflows
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch with measurable success metrics
• Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Technical proficiency in using AI and data tools for product development and customer research
