Product Manager, Patient Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Patient Engagement contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze product usage data to identify engagement gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Design and run experiments to test engagement hypotheses and present actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with design and clinical teams to create UX flows and manage engagement journeys across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in health tech or consumer wellness
• Experience with behavior change apps or platforms focused on sustained user engagement
• Proficiency with product analytics tools and engagement platforms
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage workstreams independently
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and familiarity with digital therapeutics is preferred
