Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and product strategy, create and maintain product roadmaps, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches
- Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities and analyze relevant data to drive decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in consumer digital product management, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or biotech
- Proven ability to work and influence cross-functional teams and build rapport with key stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile development environment; scrum experience is a plus
- Flexible and agile, with a willingness to tackle various challenges
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
