Job Summary
To transform patient onboarding experiences, the full-time remote Product Manager - Patient Intake will own the digital intake lifecycle, implementing innovative solutions such as tablet-based registration and AI tools to streamline front-office workflows in audiology practices.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy for creating frictionless digital intake experiences, including pre-visit online intake and in-clinic check-in solutions
- Conduct user research and clinic observations to optimize front-office workflows and eliminate redundant processes
- Utilize AI tools to enhance product development, including generating acceptance criteria and testing user interface designs
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare SaaS or related fields
- Deep understanding of healthcare front-office workflows and patient onboarding processes
- Experience leveraging AI technologies for product development and prototyping
- Proven ability to design user interfaces for various platforms catering to diverse demographics
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
