Product Manager, Patient Onboarding
Job Summary
Leading the product outcome for the Onboarding & First Value domain, the full-time Product Manager, Patient Onboarding will manage cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and confidence in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) experiences, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own product outcome and opportunity prioritization for onboarding and first value experiences
- Lead outcome-based discovery to improve user setup completion and early engagement
- Define meaningful value for new users by collaborating with various teams to create intuitive onboarding experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Proven expertise in customer activation and onboarding strategies
- Strong understanding of customer motivations and behaviors related to health technology
- Experience in data-informed product development using customer research and analytics
- Bachelor's degree, with a graduate degree preferred and relevant experience in related fields
