Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Driving the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute a go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the user experience and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring successful product launch and growth
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights and feedback
• Manage relationships with bank partners and navigate regulatory requirements for compliance and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Background in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Experience in the fintech industry with a track record of successful product scaling
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and visualization to drive business goals
• Knowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals, and financial regulations
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies
