Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute a go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the user experience and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite
• Define and implement internal processes for efficient product launch and operation
• Analyze product data and gather customer feedback to drive strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management, preferably in a startup
• Track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and growth experiments
