Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive product success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and user experience of the Cloaked Pay suite
• Define and implement operational processes for efficient product launch and management
• Collect and analyze product data to inform strategic decisions and product adaptations

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for metric analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and credit/debit card processes
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and managing relationships with bank partners
