Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute go-to-market strategies, and analyze product data while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the user experience and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite
• Define and implement internal processes for launching and running Cloaked Pay
• Collect and analyze product data to inform strategic decisions and improvements

Required qualifications

• Background in consumer-based SaaS product management, preferably in a startup
• Experience in the fintech industry with a track record of successful product scaling
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric visualization
• Knowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and growth experiments
