Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, create go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive product success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and user experience of the Cloaked Pay suite
• Define and implement internal processes for launching and operating Cloaked Pay
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of scaling products in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for metrics analysis
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and card processing
• Experience in developing go-to-market and growth strategies
