Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define operational processes, and execute go-to-market strategies while collaborating with various departments and maintaining relationships with bank partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, focusing on user experience and growth
• Define and implement internal operations and processes for efficient product launch and management
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt the product based on consumer insights and feedback

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record in scaling products in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for metrics analysis
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and card processing
• Experience in developing go-to-market and growth strategies
