Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute a go-to-market strategy, and analyze product data to enhance user experience, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and user experience of the Cloaked Pay suite
• Define and implement operational processes for launching and running Cloaked Pay
• Collect and analyze product data to drive product improvements based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for metric analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals and financial regulations
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and growth experiments
