Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage product development, define operational processes, and execute go-to-market strategies while collaborating with various departments and interfacing with customers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and user experience of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring successful product launch and growth
• Define and implement internal operations and processes for efficient product management
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights and trends

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management, particularly in the fintech industry
• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and Debit & Credit Card systems
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL, to interpret and visualize metrics
• Track record of successful product scaling and running growth strategies
• Familiarity with financial regulations and experience in fraud prevention solutions
