Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define internal operations, and create go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, focusing on user experience and product growth
• Define and implement internal processes for launching and running Cloaked Pay efficiently
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights and feedback

Required qualifications

• Background in consumer-based SaaS product management, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience in scaling products within the fintech industry
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric improvement
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and debit/credit card processes
• Experience in developing go-to-market and growth strategies
