Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define internal operations, and execute a go-to-market strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring a positive user experience
• Define and implement operations and processes for the successful launch and management of Cloaked Pay
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt the product based on consumer insights and feedback

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and card processing
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for product metrics and forecasting
• Track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Familiarity with financial regulations and experience managing fraud-related challenges
