Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define operational processes, and execute go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Define and implement internal operations for the successful launch and ongoing management of Cloaked Pay
• Collect and analyze product data to inform strategic decisions and drive product growth based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for interpreting and visualizing business metrics
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH, Debit, and Credit Card systems
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and running growth experiments
