Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define operational processes, and execute a go-to-market strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, focusing on user experience and growth
• Define and implement internal operations and processes for efficient product launch and management
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights and feedback

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management, particularly in fintech
• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and credit/debit card processes
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric visualization
• Track record of successful product scaling and implementing growth strategies
• Familiarity with financial regulations and experience in addressing fraud-related challenges
