Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute a go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and user experience of the Cloaked Pay suite while implementing operational processes for efficient launches
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights and feedback
• Foster collaboration with various departments and manage relationships with bank partners to ensure compliance and effective product scaling

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of scaling products in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for interpreting and visualizing business metrics
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and Debit & Credit Card operations
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and managing product growth initiatives
