Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute a go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the user experience and growth of the Cloaked Pay product suite
• Define and implement operational processes for launching and running Cloaked Pay efficiently
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management, preferably in a startup environment
• Track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric visualization
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and debit/credit card processes
• Experience in developing go-to-market and growth strategies
