Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, create a go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the user experience and operational processes for the Cloaked Pay suite
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt offerings based on consumer insights
• Interface with bank partners and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of product scaling in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for metrics analysis
• Knowledge of ACH, debit, and credit card fundamentals
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and running experiments for growth
