Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define internal operations, and execute a go-to-market strategy while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring a strong user experience
• Define and implement internal processes for efficient product launch and operations
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt the product based on consumer insights and feedback

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management, particularly in a startup environment
• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and credit/debit card systems
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric visualization
• Track record of successful product scaling within the fintech industry
• Familiarity with financial regulations and experience in fraud prevention solutions
