Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will define internal operations, execute go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development, user experience, and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite
• Define and implement operations and processes for launching and running Cloaked Pay efficiently
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt the product based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup
• Track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH and card processing
• Experience with go-to-market and growth strategies
