Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Driving the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define operational processes, and execute go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Define and implement internal operations for the efficient launch and ongoing management of Cloaked Pay
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt and grow the product based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of payments and servicing fundamentals
• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record of successful product scaling in the fintech industry
• Data proficiency, including SQL, for interpreting and visualizing business metrics
• Familiarity with ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals and financial regulations
