Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To drive the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define internal operations, and execute a go-to-market strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams and interfacing with customers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Define and implement operational processes for launching and running Cloaked Pay efficiently
• Collect and analyze product data to adapt the product based on consumer insights and feedback

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Strong background in payments and servicing fundamentals, particularly in the fintech industry
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric visualization
• Familiarity with ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals and financial regulations
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies
