Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Driving the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define internal operations, and create go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay product suite
• Define and implement operational processes for product launch and growth
• Analyze product data to adapt and enhance offerings based on consumer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup
• Strong background in the fintech industry with a track record of successful product scaling
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and metric visualization
• Knowledge of ACH, Debit & Credit Card fundamentals and financial regulations
• Experience in developing go-to-market and growth strategies
