Product Manager - Payments

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Manager - Payments, the full-time position will focus on building a unified payments platform by managing product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of payment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and document end-to-end payment flows
• Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable designs
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and ensure timely, high-quality product launches

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management within payments, merchant acquiring, or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and digital banking or payment processing systems
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis are a plus
