Product Manager - Payments

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Manager - Payments, the full-time position will focus on building a unified payments platform that integrates pay-ins, payouts, and merchant acquiring, requiring collaboration with engineering teams to translate complex payment flows into clear product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and document end-to-end payment flows
• Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery of scalable payment capabilities
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and track delivery milestones for on-time product launches

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management within payments, merchant acquiring, or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and tools like Lucidchart or Miro
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and digital banking or payment processing systems
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis are a plus
